Asian Pickles


2 cups sliced cucumbers (English or pickling cucumbers work well)

1/2 small red onion thinly sliced

1 medium carrot julienned

1/2- 3/4 cup My Thai Vinaigrette*


  • Place all the vegtables in a pickling jar or other glass container
