Tender Lamb with Chimichurri

Grilled Lamb Chops with Chimichurri Sauce


6 to 8 lamb chops

4 T Chimichurri Sauce

Salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat a cast iron grill over high heat

  • Season chops with salt and pepper

  • Place chops in pan and sear for 2 minutes each side

  • Reduce heat to medium and cook another 3-4 minutes depending on thickness of the chop

  • Remove from heat and allow to sit 5 minutes before serving

  • Place a dollop of chimichurri on each chop and serve
