A Northwest Favorite

Salmon with Berriyaki Glaze


16 oz Salmon fillet

4 T Berriyaki Sauce

2 T Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 stalk green onions  sliced


  • Preheat oven to 425 F

  • Place salmon fillet skin side down on a baking pan lined with foil or parchment paper or cast iron fry pan

  • Brush salmon with olive oil and bake until done (approx 12-15 minutes)

  • Brush Berriyaki Sauce and bake another 1-2 minutes until light glaze has formed

  • Plate salmon garnish with green onion and additional sauce on side
