Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Berriyaki Vinaigrette


1 pound cleaned, trimmed and quartered Brussels sprouts

2 T olive oil

1/2 medium red onion sliced thinly

8 pieces of bacon diced

1/4 cup Berriyaki Vinaigrette


  • Preheat oven to 400 F

  • Toss together Brussels sprouts, onion and olive oil 

  • Place on lined baking pan, spreading everything into a single layer

  • While sprouts are roasting cook bacon in a frying pan until crispy,  place bacon bits on paper towel to absorb oil

  • When sprouts are cooked and slightly browned place in large mixing bowl

  • Top with bacon bits and drizzle with Berriyaki Vinaigrette

  • Toss thoroughly and serve
