I was just writing to tell you that I tasted the Chimichurri Sauce and was in love immediately! I am already on my third bottle!
Julien

It (Tapanui Tapenade) is really good with soft boiled eggs and sourdough toast. We also enjoyed it with a ripe goat cheese and rye crackers. I think the best thing about it is how it subtly changes as it is paired with different foods.
Kudos to you-

I have had two dinner parties in the last three weeks and I cheated and made the same main dish (since no repeat guests showed up) of Argentino Steak and a bunch of other goodies. I used the Chimichurri Sauce as a marinade and then added a bit more to the roasting process. VERY GOOD. Also, and this sounds a little odd—I love the flavor so much that I’ve actually mixed it with light whipped cream cheese and used it as a cracker spread next to my typical hummus/tapenade mixture. What can I say? I like it that much.
Thanks,
JD

Your samples were exquisite.

Berriyaki Sauce…my personal favorite!

My Thai Sauce; absolutely great flavor when brushed on jumbo grilled shrimp. I substituted My Thai Gourmet Sauce for wasabi and mixed it with soy, WOW! It was great as a dip for my sushi/sashimi.

I had a dinner party and served grilled wild caught salmon steaks. I brushed a bit of the Berriyaki Sauce on the steaks just before I took them off the grill. ,drizzled some sauce on a white platter garnished the plate with some fresh blackberries and a sprig of fresh thyme and placed the grilled steaks in the center of the plate and then drizzled on a bit more of the sauce. For those who wanted more flavor I had a small dipping cup filled with Berriyaki Sauce to use as needed. It was a great hit!
