A wonderful dressing for an arugula salad topped with grilled steak and red onions • Sublime served as a dipping sauce with grilled pork and pineapple skewers • Drizzle over a medley of fresh berries, cantaloupe, crumbles of goat cheese and garnish with fresh mint leaves • An awesome vinaigrette for a salad of seared medallions of ahi tuna on a bed of greens garnished with julienned radish, carrot and cucumber • Toss with spinach, blackberries, slivers of red onion over grilled salmon fillets
