Brussels Sprout with Bacon and Berriyaki Vinaigrette

1 pound cleaned, trimmed and quartered brussels sprouts

2 T olive oil

1/2 medium red onion sliced thinly

8 pieces of bacon diced

1/4 cup Berriyaki Vinaigrette

To Do:

  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • Toss together brussels sprout, onion and olive oil 
  • Place on lined baking pan .  Spreading everything into a single layer
  • While sprouts are roasting cook bacon in a frying pan until crrispy.  Place bacon bits on paper towel to absorb oil
  • When sprouts are cooked and slightly browned place in large mixing bowl
  • Top with bacon bits and drizzel with Berriyaki Vinaigrette
  • Toss throughly and serve
