Fall Harvest Slaw with Berriyaki Vinaigrette

4 cups finely shredded red cabbage

1 medium red onion thinly sliced

1 large appled cut into 1 X 1 cubes

1 medium carrot julienned

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup roasted pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup candied walnuts

1/8th- 1/4th cup Berriyaki Vinaigrette

To Do:

Combine first 7 ingredients

Drizzle with Berriyaki Vianigrette and toss throughly


Great in a pulled pork sandwich
