Chicken Sticks with Berriyaki Sauce

1 1/2 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast meat cut into 1" wide by 2 " long pieces

1/4 cup mirin (Japanese cooking wine)

1 T dark sesame seed oil

4 T Berriyaki Sauce

cooking spray

8-10 wooden skewers

To Do:

Soak wooden skewers in water for about 20 minute

Spray grill with non stick cooking spray

Heat grill up to med high

In a large bowl mix together mirin, sesame oil and chicken pieces.  Toss gently and let sit for 5 minute

Thread chicken pieces with wooden skewers

Place skewered chicken on heated sprayed rack

Grill 4 minutes on each side or until done

Plate skewers 

Serve with a small side bowl of the Berriyaki Sauce
